Hi! My name is Elyssa. Welcome to the start of your career happiness journey! 

A DEI leader by day and a career coach by night, I’m on a mission to bring more joy, empathy and compassion to the corporate world - one person, one organization at a time. 

This personal mission and the clear vision I’ve created of it have resulted in my dream job(s) - being a DEI leader AND a career coach. As cliche as it sounds, if I can do it,  so can you! I was stuck in a field that was only ever supposed to be temporary, a stepping stone to the work I really wanted to do. Eight years into this “temporary” career and desperate for a way out, I signed up for an inaugural career happiness coaching program. Having searched for a program that matched what I was hoping to accomplish through my own coaching career, I was sold on the concept of centering joy (see my above mission) and dove in head first. Through the program I learned not only how to coach and guide others, but also overcame my own limiting beliefs thus setting off the chain of events that led to landing my dream roles a year later. 

While I’m still working through all that EMPath Solutions will be able to provide (stay tuned for information about Executive DEI Leadership Coaching), I’m starting with helping others find and pursue their passions. 

Whether it's a job that leaves you feeling fulfilled while paying your bills, or pursuing a passion that you've convinced yourself isn't worthy of your time - I'm here to help you do the damn thing. Consider me a cheerleader, your biggest fan or as my title implies, your coach. Whatever you want to call me, just know that I'm here to show you that truly anything is possible with courage, a little planning, and hardwork. I'm ready when you are... ​​
